transforming ordinary data upon an empty canvas
with tentative brush strokes of intuitiveness and creativity
until in this complexed nanosecond I spoke softly
to this place I belong

cruel uninterrupted lines of rain
scorch and sear
disorder of direction attested 
by a Starling's disorientated buoyant
flight upon dishevelled crosswinds

willows long decreed wallflowers
unrecognizable in their unforeseen
vivaciousness, unabashed orgy

not an utterance of weeping as
naked limbs dance

within this unforgiving storm - tulips -
gentle tenacity and beauty like no other
their resistance unwavering while
poorly rooted structures lay
something bare, caught sideways
in their lies
